Hello. I love to look at food blogs and I finally decided to make one! :) Well, last week I made some red tea agar agar jellies. I used agar agar strands because I couldn't find it in it's powdered form. I used 1/5 of the package and it came out really jiggly. I thought it was simply perfect because I don't like mines firm.
I also made an orange jelly, but it was too firm for my liking.
